Yves sets up competition law compliance programs for industry associations. He has also trained clients on searches, information exchanges, internal compliance mechanisms, and vertical restrictions. Yves has been involved in competition law proceedings at both the national and European levels.With in-depth knowledge of commercial law issues, Yves has advised on various aspects of contract and commercial law, both for large international companies and startups. These activities include negotiating, interpreting, and drafting contracts, particularly distribution agreements. He has also defended his clients' interests before various courts, from the Court of Appeal to the Council of State and others.Yves has gained considerable expertise in his clients' European regulatory needs, such as WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) requirements, labeling requirements, waste management issues in various sectors, as well as product liability and product safety issues in sectors such as retail and the automotive industry.Yves holds a postgraduate degree in EU competition law from King's College London, as well as a Master's in International Legal Studies (cum laude) from the University of Verona in Italy.
