Master Lawyer Amal MOUNTACER

Maître Amal Mountacer is a lawyer at the Casablanca Bar and the founder of MOUNTACER LAW FIRM. Before joining the Casablanca Bar, Maître Amal Mountacer worked at one of Africa's largest banks, where she was responsible for monitoring contentious cases handled by lawyers representing the institution before the Kingdom’s courts. In addition to case monitoring, her role included selecting procedures and actions that best protected the institution’s interests.Maître Amal Mountacer also worked at a renowned notary office in Casablanca, where she was in charge of drafting and overseeing various types of real estate contracts and agreements. Her responsibilities included managing formalities related to the registration and recording of contracts and agreements with the Kingdom’s land registries.After obtaining a Master's degree in International Business Law, Maître Amal Mountacer pursued a Ph.D. in Law and International Relations to fully meet the needs of the firm's Moroccan and international clients.Since 2017, Maître Amal Mountacer has been involved in academia, serving as a lecturer in law and international relations (in Arabic and French sections) at Hassan II University in Casablanca.
