Lindsey Erickson defends adults and minors accused of all types of crimes and offenses, including drug-related offenses, sexual offenses, violent crimes, property crimes, and driving under the influence of alcohol. She also defends her clients in related administrative matters.Lindsey has devoted her entire legal career to criminal defense practice in eastern Kansas. She spent 13 years at a respected criminal defense firm in Overland Park before opening her own law office with Dionne Scherff. Impressed by her talent, JHC’s criminal defense group decided to make Lindsey a colleague rather than a competitor. This wish became a reality when Erickson Scherff LLC merged with Joseph, Hollander & Craft LLC in 2016.Lindsey's clients are equally impressed.
